Terms of service

What ai-itor is

ai-itor turns scripts you provide into animated video scenes you can edit and export. You need an account to use the studio.

Your content

Your scripts, voice recordings, brand palettes, and the videos ai-itor produces from them are yours. We claim no ownership over them and use them only to operate the service — generating, storing, and exporting your projects. You're responsible for having the rights to the material you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't use ai-itor to produce content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that impersonates real people without their consent. We can suspend accounts that do.

Generations and quotas

AI generations are metered: drafting a scene and each AI touch-up use one generation. The free tier includes 10 generations — enough to make and polish your first video; hand-editing what's already generated is not metered. Quotas and tiers may change — existing balances will be honored.

No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided as-is while in active development. We work hard to keep your projects safe, but you should export and keep copies of videos you care about. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account id, name, and email — that's how your projects are kept yours and separate from everyone else's. Your projects (scripts, scenes, voice recordings, palettes) are stored so the studio can open them again.

How your content is used

Your scripts and recordings are processed by AI models solely to generate and edit your scenes. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use your content to train models.

Payments

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we keep only your subscription status.

Where it lives, and deleting it

Everything is stored encrypted in UK/EU data centres. Deleting a project deletes it. To delete your account and everything under it, or to ask what we hold about you, email us — we'll act on it within 30 days.
